Congrats That boat was the best deal I have seen in a long time You probably picked it up for lass than the cost of that motor, the 2nd station and Furuno electronics are a bonus!

hi , i just picked up an 87 like yours. by any chance could you post some more pictures of your console? id like to see what that little hatch is on the port side of it as well. inside the console would be great. are there any pictures of the rebuild anywhere??? mine needs a floor for sure. im trying to get an idea on the best way to do it. thanks alot!

My stealth Slacker has an alluminiun tackle tray insert in the teak hatch portside. Small , so I removed the insert for access.

thanks for the extra pics. i have a little teak door on each side that ill probably be replacing with something bigger like yours. id like to have those open up into a dry storage space. ill need to start designing that. does your boat still have the liner in it or was it removed when the floor was done??
GFS, you had a little tackle station in there? that might be a good idea for one side of the console. do you have pics of that tray?

I have the same teak doors on each side of my console on my '79 20. One side is a tackle locker, the other is open for console access.

I`ll have to get you a pic, or I`ll be in FtL. this sat if all goes well with the trailer work if you want to see it. I put a big hatch in the front of the console so I can put the tackle station back. I like the extra storage too.
