This would make a good boat with some work. I would make the deck flush and like strick said put in a coffin box!! I redid a 23' a couple years ago and hate I had to sell it but have a '77 20'MA that will undergo a refit next winter. I had another 20'SF that I sold to a guy in Atlantic last Friday.
I have seen this boat for sale and would not pay his asking price. Make him a offer and go from there. Let me know if I could be any help, I live in Sneads Ferry right now but I am from Morehead and go visit the family all the time.
