Best bet would be to call your local marine parts store. The hose is sold by the foot. Assuming your fittings are all good it will be the cost of the hose. I will tell you to make sure you buy the proper hose. The steering is under pressure so just a cheep rubber hose will not work.

The last one I fixed was only rotted back at the sections by the motor. I replaced about 4' of hose for the each leg but I had a fitting there and the rest of the hose was covered so had no issue.

If you know the hose size, someone may have a better price for you.
