Thanks.. It is drying just a little darker than sky blue... it is ocean blue

yes scuppers are thru hull..no garboard type transom drain plug either..and you are correct... previous pics showing fiberglass exhaust tubes thru transom (those rubber type flappers fit over the outside of the exhaust tubes)
