google browns point marine. The have Suzuki parts catalog online. Check for serial number match up. I think the mid section may work off the top of my head.

I think the lower units have different gear ratio. I also think a gear ratio changed on the 140's around 2006 so you want to keep it very close to the same year even when going 140 to 140.

If you find anyone that has a lower unit for sale they may also have the mid section. Problem is finding a lower unit for sale.
