I think first 3 represents 23'.
236 would be hull number...
I guess M could be March or May or it could be a scratched 11 representing Nov.

L? WTF- MICs only use 11 digits to the best of my knowledge...
Maybe the L was a Luxury edition built for Dr Gucci himself...
