I will answer that question....your tax payer dollars at work ZERO.
You can boat around the entire eastern part of the United States, and go through 50+ locks and the only thing it will cost you is your time. So sometimes we do get some benefit, but for how much longer is anybody's guess. [img]/forum/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img]
