I recently repowered with a 2 Stroke Yamaha 250 since my 23 needed a little more power.
I too was concerned with weight and I am very happy. It is quite enough for me and has plenty of power. My 2005 Merc Opti 225 is forsale if interested please PM me. It has 4 hours since rebuild.
