I have an "overnighter" and had no Idea it was a version of the "seafari". Is this true ?? (no it does not have the windows in the cabin)

The 20' Overnighter is indeed the Seafari sans windows, and (supposedly) sans the sink, stove, & icebox pedestal seat as well.

My seafari has the windows but came without the sink/stove seat, just 2 bucket seats

Fr. Frank,
Take a look at 80overnighter's avatar. It appears the Overnighter has a fairly flush deck whereas the Seafari has a raised trunk cabin. Is that what you meant by no windows?

No. I sold one used Overnighter when I was at Waterway Marina in PBG, and it was just like the Seafari, with the raised cabin. It had a plastic emblem that said "Overnighter" on the cabin bulkhead in front of the port-side pedestal seat.
