For sure, without a doubt!!! And just to let you know plastic "tie wraps" are like $2.00 for a bag of 100. Looks like you could use some 4" and 7" ones to clean up the mess.

i had that black corrugated tube when i got my boat. it pumps water right back into the boat when it get s a crack in it. tie wraps are extremely cheap. keep some spares on the boat too., you never know when you may have to rig something to get home. i use them for everything. make a temp shelter from the sun with those and a tarp from t-top to bow rail.

Also consider consider rearranging the whole thing so the layout is more efficient. Why have a mile of hose whne there is mounting space near the destination. It will also make it easier to troubleshoot.
