Got the transom glassed in tonight. Next week I will unscrew it, sand it down and then finish glassing the inside and outside.
My dad came over this afternoon while I was at work and started cutting the cross members the floor will mount to. 2x6's ripped down to 2x4's. They of course will be glassed fully and then glassed and glued to the stringer and hull.
