I have seen the project in mind. Looks like a bunch of work has already been done. No cap is a deal breaker for me. I don't have the skills to make it happen. Good luck.

I have also seen that one its in key west right? boats been for sale for a while, but the problem is that youll need someone to mold a new cap.

Yes this is the hull in Key west. My buddy has fully restore a 23 himself and was looking at this and stayed away. This is my first project like this so trying to go with the best avenue.
