I had to do the same thing on my TM cover. It's still the best deal for the $$.

Your boat looks great!

Are the scuppers correct when you're boat is loaded (does water come back in)?
Did you raise the deck to get the scuppers correct?

after seeing the cover on your boat and how it fit i decided to order mine.the only thing i was worried about was the bow pulpit,all i had to do was put the anchor on the deck and it fit. as far as the scuppers the deck was not raised,i made some 2x4by2x2by12" tubes out of fiberglass and mounted them thru the transom to the corner of the deck where the old drain tube was. it works great i do have to change the rubber flap out about every 6 months or so. check my photobucket album for pics of the scupper tubes
