If you pulled the cap, you might be able to drop a new floor in as one piece.

IN THEORY you could do put an original floor back in it. But why? Putting a 30+ year old floor back in a boat? Really?

Why not just get some new ply cut into pieces, laminated up your riser pieces and glue new floor down.

Also have you thought about the fact the hull widens out as it goes up, the old floor would need a filler panel all the way around to contact the outer hull. TOo much work, buy 4 sheets of plywood and do it right.
