Not using enough MEKP to catalyze resin (or using enough maybe a bad batch that was old) on the first layer of the first bracket I built . . . then trying to pop it out of the mold. Still don't know for sure, but removing the uncured resin and fairing an sanding almost ruined me. Thank god for chuck (strick) and Jorge to help me through the process.
