Default Re: 1977 seacraft cc gas tank

I too was afraid. If the shoulder is welded on the tank, hit it w/ pb blaster, aero kroil , or zep and let it sit. Rock it back and forth and it will let go. I hate those crappy plastic pick ups. make a tubular aluminum one with a notch on the bottom to release gremlins and avoid starvation/boom.
3/8 id min for v6. Is bulb 3/8? Is racor clogged/full? Trace back w vacuum gauge.
Cheers,
GFS
