I caught a shot from Va bch - guy standing in the rain on the street - yelling he couldn't believe all the people out. Behind him was a steady stream of traffic, as a car pulled out right behind him a little limb slid down the street and into the tire, only debris in site - he went nuts - "did you see that it hit the car", not really sure they noticed.

glad it wasn't any worse but the wind was never an issue north of the carolina's but the surge could have caused issues
