I used Sunshine Marine Tanks. Great service, great work and very timely.

Not sure on how it appears to be showing the leak when water is in the bilge only. Possible it is puddling in front of a cross member and only when extra fluid is in there does it get over and back to the transom. If you have a tub for the tank like my boat has (85 18'SF) then maybe the tub has to fill to the height of the holes for the fuel line to allow the leaked fuel to run to the transom. Just not sure what your boats has for a set up as I have never had one of those.
