Hi Guys,
No the boat has not sold, yet. As far as the permits go, they have been transfered to the new boat (Unlimited snapper-grouper permit is worth a whole lot more than what I am asking for the boat!) The only permit that would go with the boat would be the FL RS that is tied to the registration. I'm not sure how long the new owner would have to re-qualify for the RS endorsement (at least end of June 2012). Later, Richard
