Decided to post some pics of my 18'. Needs work but should be a nice project. Also, will be good for the river and for my son when he gets older!!! I think it will be a good basic boat for him to grow up on..
Also included pics of my son...already eager to tear things apart!

Looks like the transom is already at 25". That's gonna be a sweet ride, (as you already know).

Yes...it is already 25"..transom is the only darn part of the boat that does not need any attention!!!
