Did you remove the inner and outer skins of the transom? It is hard for me to tell from the pictures.

I got a couple questions:

How thick are your inner and outer laminates?

How much did you overlap the exterior laminate over the existing glass to tab it in?

The inner is 4 layers of glass with braces, 2 layers of matt and 2 layers of 1708 biaxle. The outter i stopped counting after 6 layers, the outter has at least a 1/4 inch thinckness while the inner is about and 1/8 thick. I didn't have that much gap on the outter edge to work with but i think i made it up on the inside.
