Default College Quetion

I know that there are some that may live in the area

He may be going there to play foot ball next year at St Vincents College in PA

Another is Youngtown State in Ohio.

Any opinions or thoughts on those 2 schools?

Any thoughts would be appreciated

I think Lou Holtz played for Youngstown State. He must have learned something there, as he turned out to be a great coach!

BIG differences in the schools as YSU has around 16000 students and SVC only about 1600. University vs College... Breadth of universal influence will be greater in the YSU setting, for better or worse. Important to a FB player is Youngstown's 4 NCAA championships in the 90s. They are always tough in Div II, I think. More importantly for a guy, the girls out number the guys 53 to 47. The opposite is true at St Vincents. It's a Catholic school... so maybe the girls are...Fewer students per class room... boredom rules until you learn the way to the Rolling Rock Brewery. Personally Rolling Rock gives me a headache... I think its a rice beer but don't quote me on that. If your kid's got a full ride somewhere, send him there. I thinks YSU is less expensive being a state skool... Good luck. Just tell him to go...
