Hi Doug, I"m from North Bellmore. i spend most of my time in the Great south bay, mostly the meadowbrook and wantagh bridge areas as well as the inlet. i spend most of my time fishing for Bass.

Nice. My brother is in Bellmore on Newbridge Road. If you ever want to go poke around any boats or climb around on my bloody old 75 give me a shout.

Back in the day, I took a 1978 Wellcraft V20 from Miami Fl to Grand Cayman BWI, it's a great hull!

Caymanboy, It is a very good hull. Handles the water as well or better than any 23fter i have ever owned and that includes its big brother the 236 coastal. I hope i can say that here !

Hmmm, maybe you can or can't. :-)
I have taken Wellcraft's V20's all over the place, I think it was one of their best hull's, right next to the Scarab 30.
But foot for foot, the SeaCraft 20 is the best 20'r I have ever ridden in.

no doubt Sea Craft is a superior boat. the Savage happens to be my favorite
