Hi Doug, I"m from North Bellmore. i spend most of my time in the Great south bay, mostly the meadowbrook and wantagh bridge areas as well as the inlet. i spend most of my time fishing for Bass.

Back in the day, I took a 1978 Wellcraft V20 from Miami Fl to Grand Cayman BWI, it's a great hull!

Caymanboy, It is a very good hull. Handles the water as well or better than any 23fter i have ever owned and that includes its big brother the 236 coastal. I hope i can say that here !

Hmmm, maybe you can or can't. :-)
I have taken Wellcraft's V20's all over the place, I think it was one of their best hull's, right next to the Scarab 30. But foot for foot, the SeaCraft 20 is the best 20'r I have ever ridden in. |

no doubt Sea Craft is a superior boat. the Savage happens to be my favorite
