I've been on Water Rat a few times and she truly is an amazing rig, especially considering she's only 23'. She's rigged out like some 30'+ sportfishers and done with total class. Capt. Chuck would definitely put his official "Gucci" stamp of approval on her. And, she has some celebrity status as well, but I'll let Chris tell that story.
