She'll be a nice family boat. Stable, spacious and no doubt that 2 y.o will find storage you were unaware of - keep an eye on the little bugger. The 318 is a gas guzzler but she'll be chuggin' in style. 'tis long been my dream to have a slip across the street you lucky dog! Love the lapstrake look. WTG. Got yourself a classic Columbia. Next time you see Kenny's Seafari just chuckle like you sent a shot across his bow and pull up a nice fluke for dinner  . Enjoy.
