Bushwacker, thanks for that. Yeah, I'm planning on shaking her down with the stock prop, then trying to fine tune. i hope to splash next week, then we can start figuring things out. I just finished installing trim tabs as well, so I have a lot to figure out.

ScottM, yeah, that's E-ville harbor. Did we exchange a few pms a few years ago regarding the Derby? Either way, shoot me one this year, maybe I can get you out on the water. The last day of the derby this year (snotty, windy) in edgartown outer harbor was an absolute albie slaying morning. I was the only boat out there until 10 am or so, and everyone missed it. Best albie day of my life.

HeadHunter, yeah, I have both batteries forward, as well as a new gas tank that has been slid a few inches forward, so I'm not too worried about weight. My old motor was about 380, so I don't think 420 or so will be that bad.
