Ok, so she's turning up to 6400 RPMs easy with a full tank of fuel and one person, I was too scared to to push it any more than that. The cavitation plate is definitely under water when running. My gps has seen a top speed of 30.5 kts. Seems a bit slow to me.
The boat is in the water, so I haven't had a chance to see what prop is on there now.
