Default Fuel Tank Location

Hello, I just bought a 1970 20' Seacraft that was restored in 2011. Assuming that the fuel tank was never moved, where is the fuel tank located? Is it under the console?

Yes, under the deck panel that runs under the console.

Default Hmm

I would have thought that for a 1970 it would be inside the console (same as my 72'). I did not think they started putting them under the deck until 73 or 74? Of course if your boat was redone, they may have moved it. If you cannot see it inside the console, it pretty much has to be under the deck panel under the console.
