Default Rebuild.

I have seen that boat personnally, not a total up close inspection, but close enough. IMHO, that price is more than reasonable, he has WAY more into that re-do.
I have a 1970 20' that I re-did, and my price is in that ballpark also.

Some people think they can or actually can do them cheaper, but in the long run, with time, exp, etc it is better to buy one re-done, provided that it has been properly done.
The boat you have inquired about, is a VERY nice boat, no expense spared.
