Step #1 -

I raised the engine to the last hole yesterday. A straight end from the bottom and a quick measurement and my cavitation plate is just slightly over 1" up from the bottom of the hull, i think around 1 1/4" higher than the bottom.

I put her in the drink to give it a test.

WOT is now 5100 RPM's @ 33 mph lightly loaded.

Going with a following sea i was running 27 mph at 4000 RPM and kicked it to 4200 - 4300 was giving me 29 - 30 mph. Pretty damn good cruise speed for a 115 if you ask me!!!

I am going to try a black diamond 15p prop soon and i will report my findings
