Thanks. Things seem to moving slower then anticipated due to some minor set backs but we are trucking along. This week I hope to get the transom and stringers in the bracket so we can pop it out of the mold by this weekend and hopefully start on the top half of the mold. The bracket is set up for twins but we are putting a single 250 with a 30 inch shaft. It has a 30 inch set back. The lay up consisted of duratec primer and then 2 layers of heavy matt then 3 layers 1708. The corners and edges of the bracket are reinforced over and over again and are about 3/4 inch thick laminate. Open areas are about 5/16" thick. It will get 3 stringers (core cell) laminated in place. The transom will get a 1 inch thick piece of core cell sandwiched in between 2 pieces of plywood...not sure on the thickness of the plywood yet as I still have to do some measuring. I am happy how the little live well for the 20 is turning out so far.
