Gil I think that the pivoting roller is factory from Shorelander. I'll look and see if it has any markings on it and get back to you if it does.

On the ear tipping it is usually the left ear that gets tipped when the cat gets altered but being that is a Florida kitty anything is possible
so just run your finger over her belly and see if you can feel an sutures under the skin. If not then she may have to get fixed.
