You are correct I think they are 1 1/8, which made finding some for my gunnel bases hard - I did a new set in the wrappers
I'm not selling the bases just the elbows, they were in when I bought and don't want to pull and cover them. So $500 may he high - is that correct, they hard to find though and new bases are expensive
