Fred- the carpet is from Lowes (I think) I bought it when I was re doing the bunks on the 25 seafari and had enough left over for this boat. It's outdoor carpet and has a good backing. Don't get that cheap thin stuff they also call outdoor carpet. I've been lucky in that I have a good inventory of boat stuff here from past projects. The latchs for the live well and forward fish hold were in stock as were the two Lees rod holders! The flip latches came from e-bay http://www.ebay.com/itm/200708226699...84.m1439.l2649

Bill- I was surprised that it reflects that well because the boat is really dirty right now.

Gill- We need to plan a 2 week trip! Don't know if I can do it this year as my brother is getting married in Cancun in April and then I want to plan another pilgrimage to Florida in Aug or Sept....some day
