I used 1708 6" from Jamestown to do my tabbing together with some six ounce cloth. Recently, I purchased some ten ounce HEXCEL 7500 cloth for my floor and like working with it MUCH better than the six ounce. There is a guy on ebay who sells the HEXCEL 7500 epoxy compatible at good prices. Just type HEXCEL 7500 in the search function. I didn't put any cloth between the sheets, just cabosil/epoxy, but I used one board of Coosa and one board of marine ply. I built my transom from the inside however.
