Dave I used a paint called Insignia Brilliance...it is only sold through distributors like Fiberlay. It is an Awl Grip type paint. The reason for this was Awl Grip and Immron would not hold up under the water line for any reasonable length of time. Like no more than four or five days. I tested Insignia for 30 days and it had no break down so that is why I chose it. I was thinking ahead like if we went to the Bahamas for 2 weeks or so. Strick I will boot stripe it with tape first to see what size and pattern I like (or what Sharon likes ![]() Very surprised that the stripe did not stay on. I was in the vinyl graphics business and we very seldom had a problem...the tape you used has to be very old. Sometime the rolls sit on the shelf and don't get rotated. I would definitely return it. Shrimp...I think I will get it wet a few times before undertaking that task ![]() That's what I am hoping for Mike... ![]()
