Harper,
I have a 1978 23' Sceptre and my two fuel tanks fabricated by Eric Kent of KentFab in Pembroke, MA. Superior quality work and very reasonable price. Also, a very nice guy to do business with and he is familiar with SeaCrafts. Feel free to ask me any more questions.
