Fred,

Are you saying you can buy a pair of 175's for LESS than a single 225 or 250? Don't forget to factor in the 2X cost for controls, cables, wiring harness, batteries, gauges and fuel filters! If it's set up for 20" twins, a 25" single would also eliminate need for a transom mod!
