ANY pictures of Tsunami/Sceptre above deck baitwell setups--ideas appreciated!!

Looking for ideas for a livewell/baitwell for my Tsunami......photos and ideas appreciated
Also, the original well at transom....did they have plumbing from factory...mine only has the drain out the transom and nothing else.
I had it (stock baitwell/livewell) loaded up with Greenies last week but of course when I got up on plane all the water came out of drain at back of transom

we added a high flow pump like a washdown and a over board fitting high up on the factory in my uncles 23 cc many years ago. but abandoned it on favor of a deck mounted kodiac....

Hey Fred,

Here is a totally different idea that I decided to do and LOVE it... I retained the lower livewell in the bottom/back to hold the "catch". The upper new 18 gallon Livewell is used to keep the "bait" fresh and lively!! It works well and the whole assembly is totally removable and is only held down with (6) #10 SST screws. The 150 lbs of water keeps everything static and doesn't shift around at all. If and/or when I decide to remove it the Motor well will look exactly the same as it did before I installed the custom piece. The livewell portion is also insulated to keep the bait cool. The insulated livewell can serve as a 72 quart cooler too!! Maybe not a YETI, but it will keep beers cold for 6 hours, plently of time to drink all of them...

I'm going with a C&M marine livewell leaning post. My Sceptre has a bracket so the stern area is wide open.

What a timely thread!!! I am just starting my refurbishment. I have a 23' Sceptre and intend to have a fully enclosed transom with a Hermco bracket. I am really struggling with how the deck will look in the added space that I will have in the cockpit just in front of the engine.

Right now, I have this.....


But I want to go to this (thanks to whoever posted this picture)......


I am just not sure how well we can blend this together. I love the idea of more cockpit space and the live well in the enclosed transom. I am just not sure how good it will all look once it is done. I obviously want to extend the non-skid all the way back to the transom but I am not sure this can be done. Any thoughts on how to blend it all togther so that it looks good?
