The top side definitely looks like the Scampi 15, but they are wood and very popular Aussie ski racing boats. No VDH either. Are you kidding me - a Boss 429 in a 15-18' boat? I don't know what theses guys are boiling in their billys, but they got no fear...  That guy Jeff Tull has quite a few viddys on you tube. Check out his L C 5 for BLOWN Racing.
