Very nice work. You're going to love it when it's done.
I agree with Ole on the corrugated bilge pump hose. Get rid of it now. It will crack. Ask me how I know this... Instead, use either 1" nylon reinforced vinyl tubing, ![]() or better, 1" spa hose. ![]() I've found both types sold by the foot at my local Ace Hardware or Home Depot. If you soften the end of either type in hot water, or with a heat gun, it will slip over the 1 1/8" fitting on the pump. In addition to being more durable, the smooth walled tubing will have less resistance, so you'll get better flow. Dave
