I had another brilliant idea to insulate the fish box lid. I had a piece of Styrofoam so I figured I would give it a try. I had some questions on whether it would work or not. Here is the process.

As some of you already know, this was not the end of the process. I let it sit up overnight and checked it the morning. Seemed like something was wrong. I had expected a little of the foam to melt around the edges, but when I tapped on the area that was glassed and it sounded hollow. Drilled a couple of holes and yup, nothing in there. Drilled a few more holes and poured in some foam. Not sure it this is gonna be anything but a big PITA, but don't know till you try.
