I layed up a sheet of foam and glass on one side a few months ago. For the vertical part and the bilge hatch. Sorry but I don't have pics of that..not that I remember anyway. Just measured a little over size and marked it off on table layed two layers of 1808 and then bedded to foam in with a lot of positive pressure..buckets full of water works well for that.. Then let cure and pulled the sheet off layup table
