Assuming the 80 has the same stringer layout, the hole under the console that the rigging goes through is right above the channel formed in the stringer and angles back underneath the starboard access hatch at the transom. That's how mine is. Pretty wide as I had no trouble fishing several wires through. Luckily, I had a couple wires that were going to be removed giving me something already there to fish with. As far as the wiring as shown above, hee hee, mine is a disaster! I'd be ashamed to show it to you guys. ;p Good luck!
