My sled had 500 ponies glued to the back of it and it was as pointless as a battery powered paper weight. It has to nearly flat to run these hulls over 30 knots, especially from the helm of a Tsunami. Potter 23s are not race boats and don't fly well but if makes you feel good to drop the hammer in the channel with 400 ponies at wot, go for it. If it was me I go buy a Paramount 21 superfish or a Fountain if I wanted to look cool and go fast. To me putting that much HP on a Tsunami is like dropping a blown hemi in a Vista Cruiser.
