Thanks for all of the nice comments! The motor is a 115 hp Johnson that I purchased new in 2001 to go on a 1984 Hydrostream! I sold it in 2010 and put the Johnson on this boat! The decals peeled of the motor about two years ago! At 4,200 RPM, it cruises close to 25 mph
