Welcome aboard Rubicon! If you add your location to your profile, you may find that helps to locate other local members who may be able to help out, provide advice, etc. Stringers are all fiberglass, so no worries there. The transom is the most critical and most expensive to repair, so check to see if there is any flex when you stand on lower unit. Check cockpit sole and decks for deflection when you walk on 'em.
