Things are progressing. I've been trying to get one or two things done each evening after the kids go to bed. I'll be coring the hull sides next. I had trouble finding the scored Divinycell so I did a table saw scored test piece which worked so I'm going to continue. The biggest disadvantage I see is it'll take more filler to smooth out the Kerfs.

Will the bulkhead on the casting platform be glassed to the cap or just tabbed to the hull sides?
Nice looking work. |

The anchor bulkhead will be glassed to the cap as well as the layer of glass on the hull side coring. |

Razor knife and straightedge oughta be able to make the cuts, just have to figure out how to get consistent depth.

This was what I tried first and it was surprising how little it did for the flexibility. The foam wanted to break instead of bend. I think the width of the saw kerf helps give the foam more flexibility, it just means I'll have to fill the gaps. I epoxied three panels last night and they worked well.

Some progress pics. Seats have been ordered so I'll be finalizing the seat benches once they arrive. I'm going with pill shaped scuppers that will be flush with the bottom of each side hatch gutter, if I need to plug them I'll have to make a custom plug. The scuppers will have the exterior clam shell like dirt and kmoose. The center hatch mold has been made and hopefully it gets glassed this week. I also decided to stop the hull coring at the bench seats, figuring that most of the wave impacts happen from that point forward. I also was going to have issues with hinge clearance with the side hatches.
