My brother left Area 442 at 8 AM today heading back to NH..
Stuck on I-95 at the SC border...  He has moved 3 miles in 4 hours... It is a mess for sure... I was on the phone with FLexpat (Mitch) about 20 minutes ago he suggested AmTrak which was a great idea.. Except they have canceled all north bound trains.. My bro is screwed on this return trip..
