Others can provide the technical details, but basicly a 200 4 stoke is both too much power and way way too heavy. The boat will be far better riding with a 2 stroke under 150hp or equivalent weight 4 stroke. If you are going to fish in open water, its more important to be able to plane slow and the heavier motors won't do that. I had a 20 seafari with a 150 two stroke. We loaded it far beyond its official weight limit and it still too fast to use most of the speed in open water.
